PetTok Shop sells pet supplies at pettokshop.net. By ordering, you agree to these terms. We're a small business — one human, one rat terrier — so we keep this plain.
Orders & pricing
Prices are in USD and shown before you pay. We can cancel or refund any order (e.g., if an item is out of stock) with a full refund. Discount codes: one per order, no cash value.
Shipping
We aim to ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates are estimates — carriers sometimes have their own ideas. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us.
Returns
30-day money-back promise as described on our Shipping & Returns page. That page is the whole policy — no fine print ambushes.
Content & conduct
Don't scrape the shop, don't abuse discount codes or the collab program, don't pretend to be us. We can refuse service for abuse or fraud.
Liability
Products are provided as described. Supervise your pets with toys and chews. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
