Shipping & delivery

Orders ship fast. Tracking included. If it doesn't show up, we make it right.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM local time typically go out the same day. We don't make promises we can't keep, so if something's delayed you'll hear from us before we just let it sit.

Shipping carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the size of your order and your location. Standard shipping is the default at checkout. Expedited options are available at checkout for orders that need to move faster.

Free standard shipping on orders over $75 (within the contiguous US).

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number sent to the email you provide at checkout. You can track your order anytime through the link in your confirmation email or by contacting us. We update tracking proactively — if a package looks stalled, we'll reach out before you have to ask.

Missing or lost packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you don't have your package, let us know within 5 business days. We'll work with the carrier to figure out what happened and get a replacement or refund sorted. We don't make you fight through 20 rounds of customer service for a missing package — you email us, we fix it.

If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 10 business days past the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll start an investigation.

P.O. boxes & military addresses

We ship to P.O. boxes via USPS. We also ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Expedited and overnight options may be limited for these addresses — you'll see available options at checkout.
